In June, 2022, the Horace Rumople Inn of Court awarded Ernest Shaver, founder and director of the Caritas Project, its TOPs Citizen of the Year award in recognition of the pro bono legal services provided by Caritas to the elderly homeless residents of Maricopa County, Arizona.
